There are two timings: For the first, the course starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. For the second: (which is the most frequently used): the course starts at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m. In the two timings, the number of the course’s hours remains the same, which is equivalent to three days of eight hours each according to the first timing, and five days of five hours daily according to the second timing.

If you cancel before two weeks (14 days) of the course beginning, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel in less than two weeks before the course begins, you may attend this course (or its equivalent) at any time in the future. On the other hand, if we were obliged to cancel or modify the course timing, we will inform you as soon as possible of the cancellation and new timings. In this case, the clients not satisfied with the new location or date may be fully refunded.

If you were not able to inform us that you won’t attend, you will incur full fees.

Yes, absolutely. You are able to modify the registration to attend the same course at another timing, and to do the modification as much as you want, if you inform us at least two weeks before the course begins.

Most of the participants wear casual clothing, please wear as you see fit. If you will attend a course outside your country, please take into consideration the climate differences in the other country and wear what suits the new climate.

You will receive: first: your own account on “ILLAFTrain of Trainers” website in which you find many features: files that you can download such as checklists and work schedules. Second: a course’s attendance certificate. Third: a record of the courses you attended, where you can proceed according to the course’s matrix to obtain top features. Fourth: the course’s manual full of case-studies, schedules and checklists and decision-making requirements, which is prepared to be used as an important reference after you attend the course.

We offer you a free follow up for one year for most of “ILLAFTrain of Trainers” courses where you can send a copy of the materials you have designed or your video file, and in our turn we send you detailed comments regarding them. Moreover, if you need to discuss any new ideas or need help to take a decision, or any advice, do not hesitate to contact us.

During your attendance at one of our courses, you can coordinate meetings with the trainer to discuss your own projects or any questions related to training. Moreover, the trainer will be available before the beginning of the course in the morning and after its end… You can organize private meetings with him after the course. Our courses are characterized by the existence of learning activities and games, which vary widely in order to keep you motivated and active all the time. Our courses are also characterized by cooperation, the classroom will be divided into groups of 4-5 members, and you will be a member of one of the groups. We encourage you to ask questions, provide comments, and debate at any time you want (only if you want to). Moreover, the breaks have been scheduled properly to give you an opportunity to relax, renew your energy and make your phone calls.
